It's not often that we will name a celebrity as the Biggest Idiot On The Internet because let's be honest, most celebrities are idiots and they would have an unfair advantage in this competition. However, when you come across a video as idiotic as this one, it needs to be recognized.

In this video, somebody has taken some footage of Jean Claude Van Damme dancing and put it on a loop with an oddly catchy (read: annoying) song with the sole lyric of "My name is Jean Claude, I will dance for you!" We know that Van Damme didn't have anything to do with the creation of this video himself, but as the star of it (and for the rest of his career achievements) we have no choice but to name him today's Biggest Idiot On The Internet.
