Since we don't speak Romanian we don't really have any idea what is being said in this clip from a Romanian news show. However, we do know that whatever the ugly woman on the right said to the bald guy, it pissed him off enough to drive him to throw his drink in her face.
This clip proves that you don't need to understand what a person is saying in order to understand their level of idiocy. So thank you for opening our minds to that Romanian talk show stars, and congratulations on being named today's Biggest Idiots On The Internet!

yes. its fairly obvious that its not what she said, but the fact that she "spilled" a drink on him.
It is a political debate... the bald guy tries to make a point, the woman says something about a stolen toilet and the guy says that she has a toilet face.
