We don't know exactly what is going on in this video, but here's what we do know. It features some guy who drives up on a motorcyle, stops, turns on some terrible techno music and then starts doing some ridiculous dance with a bunch of other guys who happen to be nearby. There's no explanation for it other than these guys have to be the Biggest Idiots On The Internet today.

That's no motorcycle, that's a goddam scooter!!! A real motorcycle rider would kick these guy's asses!
Why do they all dance the same? This music makes me want to jam a screwdriver through my right ear!
Someone should really tell the camera man that he shouldn't dance to the music too. Although, I have to say if I were hanging out with a bunch of guys that never got laid, I'd probably turn my scooter into a disco too.
