We love Cubs fans and it pains us to name one the Biggest Idiot On The Internet, but this guy's performance is definitely deserving. He's a fat drunk guy wearing a birthday hat, doing Harry Caray impressions outside Wrigley Field by Caray's statue, attempting to sing "Take Me Out To The Ballgame," and eating and drinking whatever he can find in the trash cans. Enough said.
