The War On Idiots Begins In Michigan

We typically present our Biggest Idiot award to a single person, and occasionally a group can earn the honor but we've yet to present an entire city with this distinction - until now. That's because we just learned what goes on in Brighton City, Michigan.
You see, as this article explains, the City Council of Brighton City has passed a city ordinance allowing the police to arrest anybody who is being annoying in public. That sounds like a real crackdown on Idiot behavior and something we certainly can't support. Therefore, today's Biggest Idiot On The Internet is the city of Brighton City, Michigan.

That certainly can't be constitutional. On the other hand the Westboro Baptist Church can't protest there, because they certainly are annoying!
