Verizon Customer Service Is Run By Idiots

A lot of the idiots we post on this site can generate sympathy from at least one or two of our readers, but we're pretty sure that none of you will have any sympathy for the customer service employees on the other end of this Verizon call. Kind of makes Bank of America's idiot employees look like geniuses.

Contact me if you want to be put in touch with the Verizon Wireless "Executive Relations" team.

I am among the thousands of unhappy Verizon Wireless customers. Recieved a Blackberry Storm by mail. Activated by an in store representative, only to later find out that I was being billed for a Data Plan subscription that I was not informed of beforehand, and that I did not accept. Attempted to return the phone numerous times, and have dealt with Customer Care a half a dozen times. Its been 8 months.

Finally I discovered how to reach the Executive Relations team at Verizon Wireless. They are the only ones who can help resolve your problem, short of having an attorney contact them. BTW, I subscribe to Pre-Paid Legal for $35 a month, and their attorneys at no additional charge, will contact Verizon Wireless. Find me on twitter.com/verizoncustomer .

I'VE BEEN WAITING 12 WEEKS FOR REFUND CHECK AND NOW TOLD TODAY IT WILL BE THREE MORE WEEKS. THEY USED EVERYONES MONEY TO BUY ALTELL THAT'S WHY THE DELAY I'M SURE THEY HAVE OPERATING CASH PROBLEMS. CUSTOMER SERVICE CAN'T COMMUNICATE WITH ACCOUNTS PAYABLE DIRECTLY . I WAS TOLD IF THEY COULD THAT WOULD CAUSE MORE DELAYS..ALOT OF B.S. FOR SUCH A LARGE BROKE COMPANY..PAUL

DUMBFUCKS sent me a MiFi device instead of the Wireless Air Card I requested and now wont send me another devise until thery receive the MiFi back. FUCK THEM. I was dealing with this stupid stonewalling CUNT Tara at Extension 3216. She was absolutely worthless and wouldn't do anything for me and refused to transfer me to her supervisor giving the lame excuse that "no supervisors were at work" Assholes.
